Help completing CF10 form

My wife registered late for self employed and so has been sent a £115 penalty, which she has responded to asking for exemption based on low earnings. They also sent her a Small Earnings Excepetion CF10 form.

She is employed full time at £27,000 so pays full Class 1 NIcs.

1) Does she have to pay class 2 NICs on her net self employed profits?
2)It asks if she works for more than one employer and asks for their details + earnings - does she need to mention her full time employer here?

Thanks

  • She has to pay class 2 (and class 4 if she earns enough) on her self employed profits, unless they are under the small earnings exemption. She only has one employer, the one where she pays class 1.
