Re-arranging screen order of multi-screen set up

I have just recently set up four screens using a Matrox G200 Quad Graphics Card.
Only thing is that I want the screens physically arranged in a particular order but now the leftmost screen physically is the middle left screen in terms of mouse movements. The middle one is the leftmost etc.
When I first setup the new quad card I had a screen under the desktop properties where it showed four screens labelled 1 to 4. But I can't get that screen anymore - only shows one screen with some colour settings on it.
It is annoying having different sized screens where the mouse jumps from one screen and skips another screen and onto another.
So any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks as ever!
