HSBC - advice needed please!

    They've refused to stop phoning me too, refused to change the amount of my standing order (to reduce charges - ha), refused to do pretty much anything except get me further into debt.

    Amusingly my new current account with A&L has the switching service, and they've moved my standing order for the HSBC loan payment over. So... I've altered the amount to the amount I told them I could pay - the amount they refused :p

    They are indeed not too bright
