how do you change the size and position of a new browser window?

When a click a link and a new window opens in interent explorer ist always quite small and bottom right of screen. How do i change these settings so the screen is bigger and in a different postion automatically when the page opens?

Move window to top right, Place cursor at bottom right corner it will become a double arrow, drag the window down to bottom right of screen, close the window and click on a link it should now open full screen.Every day when I wake up I thank the Lord I'm WELSH. .0
