Just wanted to post this, as I know most of the time it's venting at bad companies.
Had another great experience with these guys. I had a fault with the hard drive on my iPod, and posted it to them having used their service in the past. This was posted at 5pm by special delivery to them yesterday, and they acknowledged receipt at 10:10am this morning. Credit also to Royal Mail for this.
At 10:43, I had an email confirming their own diagnostic test had shown up the hard drive fault (hadn't told them what I knew was wrong, just asked to disagnose the problem). They informed me of the price which was pretty decent, and after receiving my payment confirmed that the repair would be done today and posted to me with guaranteed delivery for tomorrow. This has always been the case before, having had an old iPod that had a problem a few years ago.
Cannot fault the service, and the communication has always been excellent.
