It's just that I received a voucher today in a similar state and I was going to complain but I was just wondering how you'd got on?
Wanted to save the voucher up for a birthday treat for my mum next year but can't do if it expires in under 2 months!
Jo
Hi Jo,
I have emailed them to complain...
copy of my email is below:I recently receieved a Champneys Voucher that I paid for with my piggypoints. I was disapointed to find that the voucher not only had an extremely short expiry date (expires 31.12.06) but also the date has been ammended from a previous date of 5.10.06 by simply crossing the date out in biro and writing the new one above. I assume this is valid but most Champneys vouchers have a 12 month exipry date on them from the date they are issued and this is what I was expecting, it does not say on your website that the voucher you will issue me will be anything other than a standard Champneys voucher so am really upset that you have sent me this. The voucher was meant to be an xmas gift for my mum and do not feel that I can give her something with only 6 days expiry on it (by the time it is xmas day!) and that looks like I have crossed the date out myself to extend it??? I would be grateful if you would let me know if you are willing to take return of the voucher and issue me a new one with the standard expiry terms on it, or what else you are willing to offer me in exchange for this voucher.
I look forward to hearing from you
Kind regards
Rachel

same problems for me!0 -
I think a lot of people are getting the email already exists page. It seems you need to go throught the first page that only asks for your location and DOB for the registration to go through properly. This doesn't seem to appear for everyone, does anyone have a direct link to the opening page?
If it that difficult will it actually register for the points I wonderessex girl in exile0 -
