I ordered a £25 champneys voucher and what I received wasn't at all what I expected... The packaging itself was nice but the actual voucher was written out in biro and the expiry date had been crossed out and the new date was written on above - this new date was for some time in december (can't remember exactly at the mo) but i wanted to use this for a xmas gift but it looks a bit shabby and runs out really soon, i am a bit concerned that the voucher will be valid at all as it is simply written in biro above the original date which was due to expire some time soon... I am a bit disapointed as this was meant to be a nice xmas gift for my mum... has anyone else ordered champney vouchers???

Have you complained about this yet?

It's just that I received a voucher today in a similar state and I was going to complain but I was just wondering how you'd got on?

Wanted to save the voucher up for a birthday treat for my mum next year but can't do if it expires in under 2 months!

Just received my statement from 3mobile which reminded me that I have still not received my piggypoints. Signed up to 3mobile in July and sent many emails to PB.

Piggyback have told me that there is a problem with 3 letting them know who has taken up the offer.

Has anybody managed to get the 10,000 points credited yet?
Treat everyday as your last one on earth! and one day you will be right.
  • I didn't get the free 100 pts and I've been registered a year already..... well done to those who got it :)

For anyone who may have missed this, and BTW I only said London Piggys because I got the code by buying an Evening Standard but it turns out everyone can use this code so no need to buy one, so everyone can get the points!

    :j
Doesn't work for me either, so either it's not working because too many of us have done this, OR maybe it's differentiating between those who have cashed their Piggypoints in and those who haven't. I HAVE cashed in Piggypoints so my theory works for me (obviously, or I wouldn't have posted it). Anyone like to disprove it?
