RACHIE77 wrote:I ordered a £25 champneys voucher and what I received wasn't at all what I expected... The packaging itself was nice but the actual voucher was written out in biro and the expiry date had been crossed out and the new date was written on above - this new date was for some time in december (can't remember exactly at the mo) but i wanted to use this for a xmas gift but it looks a bit shabby and runs out really soon, i am a bit concerned that the voucher will be valid at all as it is simply written in biro above the original date which was due to expire some time soon... I am a bit disapointed as this was meant to be a nice xmas gift for my mum... has anyone else ordered champney vouchers???

Have you complained about this yet?
It's just that I received a voucher today in a similar state and I was going to complain but I was just wondering how you'd got on?
Wanted to save the voucher up for a birthday treat for my mum next year but can't do if it expires in under 2 months!
