I just realised I never got the 10 points for signing up to the Cheapflights newsletter, (the partner page says allow 24 hours and I registered 8 days ago). This will be my fifth or sixth query regarding missing points this month. Come on Pigsback, get with it!

I kind of assumed this would be the case, which is why I edited to add about 'Please select' being accepted. I thought they ought to know about the mistake though, even if it's too late to correct it by then.

Do you think the error is happening somehow at your end, rather than at the PB end? Seems possible, if you're having continuous difficulty where the majority of people are not.

It's an error that frequently occurs - at PB's end!!

The second time I mailed Pigsback about missing points I asked in the mail if it could be something at my end and how to try to ensure there are no problems. They didn't reply to me.

I use the same browser for pigsback each time and I don't use that browser for any other cashback site. The browser is correctly set to accept cookies, (and not just from the originating site). I clear out cookies regularly but only ever directly before a pigsback session and I manage temp files regularly too. I do not have any firewall software on my PC (and the Windows firewall is disabled), instead I have a separate hardware firewall and I've checked the logs to see if anything is being blocked that might affect tracking - it's not. The only other security software on this PC is anti-virus but it's a common package that I am sure many other people use so I doubt it's that. If you have any other suggestions I'd be grateful to hear them because I am at a loss.

I also use Quidco, from the same PC but using a separate browser with a totally different cookies folder and nothing (as yet) has failed to track there.

It seems to be newsletter sign-ups I have most problems with. I haven't had any problems with CTs or the free points for entering the Monday competitions.

My problems so far have been:
