Well done Droopsnout :) and thanks Jules for posting that the story had been started - that page doesn't give much away with just an extra bat on it... :o

Aaghhh I'm so stupid. I signed up for the audible thing and I've forgotten to cancel. :wall:

I haven't even got an excuse for forgetting. Oh well I've downloaded 2 more books, might as well get my monies worth. Might even leave it another month for the extra 600 PP if there's anything else I want to download.

Jules, I would like to offer you my first born in exchange for the fact that I won the crossword yesterday! I never win anything so I'm really quite excited! Thank you so much for doing the crossword for us every night :-)

    Congratulations :T :T :T

I'd rather not have your first born, but thanks for the offer lol. I've got 3 under 6 who are more than enough for me ;)
There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.

  • Hi everybody.

I'm new to this forum but have been using pigsback for quite some time now. My problem is that I live outside UK and don't have an english mobilephone number, so i can't get my account validated.

I hope that there is some kind people at this forum, who are able to help me.

    Kind Regards

By providing our mobile numbers? I don't think so...

If you're outside the uk, what use are the rewards?!
  • Because CDwow, for one, ship worldwide free of charge.

I read on an earlier post (I think on this thread) that if you tell Pigsback you don't have a mobile, they'll ask you a couple of other questions instead and that'll act as 'validation'.

    Hi, Jonas.

I don't live in the UK either, but it is quite within PB's rules to take part, earn points and claim rewards.

The rewards can be useful as gifts for friends and relatives in the UK, or to spend yourself when visiting or working there.

I think that if you contact PB's customer service people by email, they will help you out without a mobile phone validation requirement. If you want to play it very safe, you could say that you would like to join PB but ask how vouchers are sent to members living outside the UK.

The easiest thing is to try to persuade a friend or relative to allow you to use their address in the UK. You might also obtain a free mobile phone SIM from the UK, just for PB use.

Good luck, and WELCOME to MSE!!
