Lenses ordered - right to refund?

I ordered and paid for new lenses for my glasses earlier this week. I was told that they would take up to 15 days to arrive, and that they would be cut to size and fitted in store (Vision Express).
Unfortunately my glasses broke this morning - the nose pad has broken off and is unfixable. VE have offered me £80 off new frames, but if I have to get new frames then I'm inclined to shop around. Specsavers would do me new frames with transition lenses for less than £100, compared to the £215 that I've already shelled out for the lenses only at VE.
Can anybody confirm whether or not I have any right to cancel the ordered lenses if I choose to? Many thanks.

thank your lucky stars they broke now and not a few days after being reglazed:eek: you now have to buy new frames - you could have been looking at buying a complete new set after paying for lenses in your old frames! VE have offered discount on frames take it - they accepted your order in good faith it is not their fault your exsisting frames have broken before the order could be fulfilled!Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness. There is no more hope for a fool than for someone who says, "i am really clever!"0
