    I'm sure watchdog would like to hear your stories about them, it would be easy to test these companies out. If watchdog get all the evidence trading standards will have to take you all seriously.

  • I think davester just made an excellent point. Watchdog would be a great way to let them know you are serious.
  • I am SO furious with this company, and reading the reviews it seems that hundreds of others have had the same problem. They have refused to pay out for my phone due to 'damaged casing' due to a couple of small scratches - do they not expect a phone that's been used would have everyday cosmetic scratches? Absolutely bunch of rip-off cowboys!

    I used envirofone and they paid me exactly what they quoted. The whole process only took about a fortnight.

    Some of these companies will strip your phone for the good parts,replace them with faulty parts,then try and give you a low price.A lot of these companies refurbish these phones and resell them for huge profits.I know someone who was buying the iphone 3g for £90 from one of these companies then reselling them for £150-£180 after refurbishing them on ebay.
