From Edinburgh?wisewoman wrote:That's a shame. We flew from Edinburgh, and there were a good number of £1 flights listed from there last night. Would it be worth combining with a cheap flight to Edinburgh from your area?
The website doesn't have edinburgh as an option? I'm trying to get a flight from edinburgh...0 -
Poland is beautiful - we have just got back (second trip) and paid alot more than the fare quoted in op! I would go back tomorrow if i could..........
we went in march last time and it was brass monkeys weather but still beautiful much better now as it is so much warmer..
if you can get the really cheap flights go for it!! food and tram travel is cheap over there and you get a good selection of accomodation at reasonable prices. We got by using a cheap phrase book and lots of sign language everyone was really helpful (we were in krakow)Debt free May 2016 (without the support of MSE forum users that would never have been possible - thank you all)0 -

It's a merged thread - I've updated the first post.
Edinburgh flights are via CentralWings http://www.centralwings.com/
I booked Luton to Katowice (Krakow) for under £29 RTN inc taxes with Wizzair last night. Play around with the dates as the surcharges differ. I supect they are offsetting the 1p flights with different surcharges (which is exactly what Ryanair are doing right now to get £10 one-ways inc tax).
That's 7 trips I'm going on between now and March 17

Could someone post which Polish airports are reasonabley handy for Krakow? Even if not next to Krakow, could have a proper coach service to Krakow. I'm finding it very confusing looking at some airline's flight checkers.0
