Citylink Signature

I cannot seem to find an option to view this on the website, just a "signed for by x", does it have to be requested? If its on request will PayPal request one when investigating a non received item (£800 value) or simply decide in the buyer's favour as a delivery status on its own isn't enough for high value items?

I don't know of any company which has a viewable signature online. What you have is enough.0

CityLink can provide you with a copy of the signature if you contact them. (I believe there is a small charge for it). They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0

I can download signatures from Citylink, but we are a business, I don't know if it applies to individual customers. But they use those electronic pads to get the signature so it's always just a squiggle, it's impossible to sign anything legible on those electronic thingys.0

There is a link a fair way down the FAQs saying "How do I get Proof of Delivery (POD)".
It then says If you are the sender of the goods and require a hard copy POD please refer to your account holding depot
I assume that means you contact the depot you sent it from. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
