Mobile bluetooth

I've been given two bluetooth headsets: one is a pretty new Sony Ericson, the other doesn't have a brand. I've got a Motorola v3i: will the headsets work with them? So far the phone isn't picking up the devices, but i'm unsure if this is my error or a basic unconnectability.

they should all work together, i haven't had any issues with either branded or unbranded ones.Ever stop to think and forget to start again?0
