Monarch -- Luggage allowance x 2

My sister is flying out to Turkey with Monarch next week. As its a long stay (3 months) she only has a one way ticket. She has paid to take 1 x 20kg case with her at a cost of £16 extra. She is trying to find out if she can pay a second amount so that she can take a second extra case, rather than have to foot the bill for excess baggage at the airport.

Even if you dont know the answer, can someone help me find a contact number / email where she can get a straight answer.

she can book excess online however it has something to do with flight no,s too

i think its up to 32kg maximum? personally I would struggle to wear the contents of a 20kg case and fashion is my thing!
