Anyone else having problems with Tiscali IMAP

Hello.
I was wondering if anyone else has been having problems with Tiscali IMAP, to the extent that they are unable to retrive their mail? Up until two weeks ago, we were able to receive e-mail via IMAP without problems. Then, I changed the computer to an upgraded system, and since then, and re-setting up the account in outlook Express, it hasn't work. Outlook Express just complains that it couldn't connect to the server, Outlook complains similarly.
I've tried on my laptop, which is connected to a completely different phone line, with no firewall or anti-virus to block anything with no joy. I even contacted Tiscali, adn they couldn't find anything wrong with the settings, despite working on the problem for more than an hour. Checking and receiving e-mail via POP3 is OK. I've checked all the usual things like the IMAP security settings, inbox size, etc, and two other IMAP accounts that I have with two other providers work fine, so it's not a problem at my end.
If anyone can help i'd be much obliged, as at the moment I'm facing the prospect of having to integrate e-mail from three different computers into one mailbox on the new computer, due to mail that's been downloaded via POP3.
