To make animated banners you can use either photoshop or flash both are giving amazing animations.0

Are these the kind of banners which make people using Adblock+? If I wouldn't use AB+ I would press the back button of my browser as soon as I would see such a banner on a website. It is so distracting and annoying if you want to read something on a website and there are dozens of flashing banners around it.
