well i ordered my other 2 for my bms start of nov- and still not recieved. finally got a dispatched email on wed- but still no sign.
i know the dresses are lovely- and i am glad i ordered one before hand so i know wats it going to be like- and i am glad i got them this early

codemonkey- i had the same issue- one of my bm is 15 so could have a growth spurt- so i have got her a dress size bigger- just in case- and then it could be altered down if needs be.
i suppose you have to allow 6-7 weeks for it to arrive- then any allerations you need doing- i would buy as early as you can. i am really glad i got them this early- when they come its one more thing ticked of the list

so upset! finally just recieved them- i get that theres a delay on the post due to snow- but i did buy them along time ago- and she hadnt posted she would post before end of nov- 15th dec they were dispatched.
but- i have just had to send this to her-
they finally arrived today- but in my order i had asked you for a size 10 and 12- according to the labels they are size 14 and 10. also- i asked for little straps on them- which you havent done- and i also asked for a colour swatch- which isnt there. I am really upseet as these are bridesmaids dresses for my wedding- and you sent me one a few months ago- which was perfect (straps on it too) and i am really upset that these two are no good. i also asked in the order that they arrive before the end of november- which you said you would do- i understand that you sent them last week- but you havent done as i wanted and paid for.
what shall i do?
i would like to return them to you- and you refund me the postage- as well as then providing me with 2 dresses- size 10 and 12-with little straps on the dress. and a colour swatch




i am abosloutely gutted that she has done the wrong size- and not added straps- and not sent me a colour swatch.
i love the quality of the dresses, and the fact they are cheap. and i get that she is busy- but that is no excuse for completly messing up on a order.
i know im not getting married until july- but i wanted the bms sorted and now its going to be a long time until she sorts it. not happy!

Everyone makes mistakes sammy - it's how she deals with the mistake which will tell how good she is - luckily you've got a long time for her to make up for it.

Let me know how you get on as I'm interested in one of her dresses for my bridesmaids.

hiya

she finally got the dresses to me- it ended up being 11 weeks after i ordered them- which is double plus a week the time she quoted
the quality was great as always
but communication and tme it took to get to me was beyond terrible

i think she is off this month as its chinesse new year

i personally wouldnt recommend her as i knew how long it took and she never answered emails but i cant fault her on the quality of the dresses
