    www.riverford.co.uk £13.50

    sorry, forgot to say that.
  • Wow  is all I can say.

The box I used to get was miniscule compared to that and I paid a tenner a week for it.

We are so stuffed when it comes to choice for anything in Northern Ireland, there isn't really a market, so therefore the few that are around, are mostly in Belfast/Coleraine and larger areas. Not even regular things like farmers markets. Unless some NI green board viewers can correct me on this??

I had a really bad box off Riverford in early summer. I had to throw alot out the day after it arrived. I emailed my agent and he replied that I wasn't the only one and he would add something to my next delivery, the thing is I didn't want to spend £13 again as some of the problem veg was listed for the following week so I haven't ordered since. Riverford are my only option for a box delivery so I am thinking of trying again, is everyone happy with the quality of theres at the moment?

everything for us has been perfect, you do get the occasional veg where the transport has knocked it about a bit and looks a bit deshevelled - but it's still fresh and we used the stuff that will expire first - first. It makes it look more natural anyway :rotfl: .

We are very happy spending our £13 on riverford, I would recommend them to anyone.
  • anyone know of any box schemes that would deliver to Scunthorpe, N Lincs?

We have been happy customers of theirs for over 5 years and I think I have had maybe 1 bad vegetable in all that time. If you are ever in S Devon, the farm itself is very interesting, especially if they have an event. I have taken the kids to the apple days and they are fantastic.
