History Software

Hello wondering if you could help.

A good friend of mine has a 14year old daughter who has been having a number of medical problems recently (sorry cant go into too much detail)

Anyway they have checked her internet history and found some very scary sites she is visiting that support her illness. They obviously removed access to the computer but she does need it for school work and her doctors have advised they regain some trust by allowing very limited access to the internet again.

For obvious reasons they want to be able to check every site and message forum she is visiting and my question is is this possible and if so can it be done either openly or not.

Thank you for your help
