    Hi there

You complete the questionnaire and keep copies in case you need to refer to it later on, and send to whoever set up and sold you the policy. The FOS recently issued these for this purpose for customers to make a reclaim, and these are in replacement of the first template letter.

They have 8 weeks to respond, and sometimes they will write and ask for more time, that is fine.

hope this made things clearer for you now.:)

    Good luck.

Forgot to say, you can do a covering letter if you want to, for instance if you need to give them further information, or if you run out of space on the form.
    But this is optional.

    Good luck.;)

    Hi Debbie

The account number covers for both, so write the account number.;)

    Thank you again di3004,:T.

I know this can be a confusing issue, but with the ppi being added within the loan, an account number is just for that actual account if you know what I mean?;)
    And your very welcome.:)
