I have an appointment with the CCCS today I have dug out all my existing accounts. I pay mine and my partners mobile contracts. Was wondering if anyone knows if i can keep these contracts or i have to inforn CCCS about them?
You will be able to keep them provided they arent debts included in your DRO, however depending on how much they are, they may have to come out of your surplus.I used to be Snow White, but I drifted.Mae West
