I made some today. Lentil Tomato and bacon. It's tasty and easy to make.

Lovely with hunks of fresh bread. mmmmm

Don't think there will be any left to freeze.

  • Have just made the tomato and lentil soup for lunch and it is delicious!! DD and DS (4 and 2) also loved it. Thanks so much - will also be using it as a bolognaise base!

We has chicken and lentil curry tonight using up leftover Dhal (lentil curry) and left over roast chicken.

    It was

Dhal is basically lentils, stock, a couple of Tbsps of curry powder and some chopped onions and garlic.
