Hi ray and welcome, please dont use this company as you will lose over 25% of your win. You can claim this back on your own (with help from this site and all for the price of a couple of stamps. If i were you i would ring nr and ask if you have ppi on there, they will tell you this and if you have write a letter or use the template from this site (do whichever suits you) just put that you were mis sold this insurance and your reasons why and that you would like ppi payments to date back with interest. Look here.... http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance
you will find out what reasons you can claim mis sell for and any more info you need. Please have a go your self before you pay someone else for doing no more than what you can do your self for free. Good luck Ray, and good for you having a go yourself.:T
Do not trust claims companies, lots have had problems.
This way by having a go yourself with free help from this site, if successful you will get to keep all your refund.
Remember to pursue the ones who set up your policy, and keep copies of your complaint, they have 8 weeks in full to respond, although they may ask for more time to investigate, that is fine, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

I've been told by a claims company that NR have missold me PPI as part of my mortgage.
Many sales reps for claims companies will tell you all sorts of stories to get you to sign up with them. You take what a claims company says with a pinch of salt as its more likely to be lies than truth.
Just ask yourself this. Did they tell you that you were mis-sold after you told them what version of the product you had, how you were paying and your employment and health details or before?
If they told you that you were mis-sold without knowing anything about you or the policy you have then they have no way of telling if you were mis-sold or not.I can't see where PPI is in my payments. Can anyone advise me on how I can check if my mortgage does have PPI included or not.
NR mortgages sold by NR have it correctly set up as a monthly payment taken from your current account. The only time you really have an issue with NR plans if its single premium or you were not eligible for cover or you have evidence that the advice process was breached or not followed.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
