Ticketmaster lost one of my tickets. My rights?

Hi,

I bought 3 Reading festival weekend tickets from Ticketmaster a few months ago. I recently received the tickets but inside the envelope there was only 2 tickets (i.e. it was missing 1 ticket).

Originally, 2 of my friends and I were supposed to go to the festival. But due to work commitments that I cant get out of, I am now unable to go. As a rsult of this I have sold one of the tickets on Ebay.

I called Ticketmaster straight away on the 13th of August and have yet to hear back from them regarding whether or not they will reissue me a new ticket. They have said that they are still looking into the situation and will let me know.

I am just wondering what my rights are with regards to a refund? Someone has told me that they may reissue me new tickets (i.e. 3 new tickets) but I will have to pick them up. What am I supposed to do about the ticket I sold on Ebay? I cant be there on the day to pick them up either. Ticketmaster have totally messed things up
