Any High Street Banks Not Refusing Due To IVA ?
Hi,
In Sept 05 I started an IVA but paid it off early with a full and final payment in Oct 2007.
In December 2008 I got a joint mortgage with my wife from Abbey/Santander with standard rates even though i had an IVA in the past.
We wish to move again but Abbey refuse to port the mortgage because of the IVA, they changed policy sometime in early 2009 it seems. Are there any high street lenders left that will give standard rates with a completed IVA but it has not past the 6 years mark.
Thanks
JC
