Just a quick update as to what is going on at the moment.

Week ending 13 august 2010, They have not paid me for that week i should have had money paid into my account on the 20 august 2010. I have just checked and its still not in my account. I will call them tomorrow to find out what is going on if i dont get this problem solved they will be hearing from my solicitor.

What reason are they giving you for not paying???

They are saying something about the time sheets wasent filled in correctly, Dont know why it is taking this long to sort out I since have sorted out new time sheet and still havent got my money, They say it will be sorted this friday so keeping fingers crossed as i have got to pay 2 weeks rent this week.

I worked, albeit briefly for a large UK recruitment company in Edinburgh about 9 years ago. There were loads of Spanish, French, Italian, English, Australian and Kiwi's who registered looking for work everyday. Some would wait 2hrs plus just to be seen by a recruitment agent. Not sure what it is like now as I haven't temped for 5 years but it's wrong to assume that big nubmers of foreign nationals won't apply at the branch - thus your OH speaking a few languages is like gold to the agency.
