Prizes to be redeemed within 3 months of notification. Winners' prize makeovers to be scheduled directly with Anthony Yacomine on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Other days may be available but this is not guaranteed. Prize-winners agree to keep the salon appointment at the agreed time. Any change from either the prize-winner or the salon requires 24 hours notice. Failure to provide such notice will result in forfeit of the prize, subject to Anthony Yacomine's discretion.
