PRAISE: Wickes

We've just had great service from Wickes. My son ordered some shelving from the website. The order didn't seem to go through so he tried again and everything went through.

About half an hour later we got a phonecall to say they'd noticed that two orders had gone through - did we want the two because we would be paying two delivery charges if they went through as separate orders and did we want them to put them into one order? When told no, it was a mistake, they put it right and cancelled one order.

Less than 19 hours later, the order arrived at our house. Brilliant service!

I would also praise Wickes for quality and value and the fact they refunded us in full with no hassle for a bathroom suite, ceramic tiles and paint about 4 months after we bought them for a project which did not take place. I think they do refunds like this up to 6 months after the original purchase.
