Hi
I use compila.com for web hosting, quite cheap and reliable. Or even cheaper, http://www.99phost.co.uk/, although never tried them.
For shared calendar, I use Google Calendar.
For a small fee I can help you with a website, PM me if you're interested.Of course, I may just be talking b****cks!0 -

You can get a free website from BT www.gbbo.co.uk

Because we're working with Google & BT we're able to offer you a free website for 2 years, after that you'll only have to pay a few pounds to renew your domain name for a further 2 years - you're not tied in to a contract and we won't put ads on your site without your permission.
GBBO is a joint initiative by Google, Enterprise UK, BT, e-skills UK and many other partners to help small businesses create their first website and help them understand the opportunities offered by the Internet. We've set a target of helping 100,000 UK organisations get their first website easily and for free by the end of 2010.Help me!0 -
I've just set up with GBBO. You can then have a booking system and feedback amongst other things with BT Tradespace. This means you can get a free domain, web host etc. Very easy to use.Self Employed, Running my Dream Jobs0

Google sites is really easy to use, best bet is to setup a free Google Apps account which will enable you to create an email address for each of your staff, share documents and calendars with the option of having a calendar each showing your availability.
There is also no reason why you can't make your calendar public to show free / busy information (without client names) on your website it you wanted to, that way your clients can immediately see when is free.
If you don't already have a domain google lets you register through their partner, it's fairly simple to setup if you read through their help but if your struggling a bit of help from a friend should surfice, once you're setup then it is as simple as logging into the page you want to edit and changing it, you can choose what rights your staff members have.0
