Anyone insured with this company. I need short term insurance and they seem the only one who does it for a reasonable price

Be careful with the paper work with this company, I got it wrong and they charged me £136 for the cancelling the insurance after 28 days.
you have been warned! note: Asda use the same company.
Update
After 16 emails finally got them to return another £36.00 which was for addon's that I didn't ask for ..key cover etc. by going to report them for misleading web page.. stated that these were benefits with there policy.. not addon's .
You have been warned AGAIN!!

I have my home insurance with this company. As they are an 'e' company, you can only really communicate with them via email - their response times are terrible. Or you can call them on a very expensive premium rate number which they won't answer for a very long time. Google them for reviews - I wish I had! There are some rubbish ones on moneysupermarket (might be for ehome - not sure). Haven't had to make a claim and I really hope I don't need to.0

They have pretty poor reviews.
However if it's only short term and the money is important, then perhaps you have to go with them.0 -
Went for a more reputable company for a year and will just have to pay the cancellation fee when I no longer need it.0

Sainsbury's are esure, and they both list a page of telephone contact numbers.0

I mis-read the post.
Thought it was esure, not e car.
I can't comment on e car, so I'll get my coat now.0 -
The say that E numbers are bad for you.
I would tend to stay away from such companies, whether it is Ecar Insurance or Esure. In my opinion they both appear to offer very poor customer service. The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0
