creditfile.com- help!

I signed up for the free trial period last month.
I still haven't been sent my user name and log on, and so have not even accessed my credit file yet.

Is this a scam? I am usually so careful with these things! I am really annoyed!

Today I have logged onto my internt banking - I check every day- and they have taken £5.99 out of my account!!!! - But I have been checking everyday for signs of a direct debit or standing order, which I was going to cancel before the first payment was taken - I was only interested in the free trial period and getting an up to date copy of my file.

!!!!!!?!
How do I cancel this when there is nothing to cancel by my bank? Can they just debit my account with no direct debit? I am really nervous that they are going to do this every month!

I have e-mailed the customer services e-mail address asking to cancel my account, I am currently awaiting a reply.

Any idea pelase? Thanks
