Balance transfer help.

in Credit cards
I currently have a debt of less than £1,000 on a MBNA card (Amazon). I applied for a Virgin card in the hope that I could transfer my balance before having to pay interest on the amount. I have now been informed that Virgin is controlled by MBNA & therefore I cannot transfer the balance.
I have looked at applying for a Barclaycard but it requires an income of over £20,000pa. However, I am on a low income so cannot apply.
Could anyone advise an alternative credit card with at least a years 0% interest rate? I accept that there may well be a fee involved in the transfer.
Many thanks.
Nic.

The above link is approved by this website and contains most of the 0% deals available and who runs what card, just hover the mouse over the card name.
There is a card not mentioned called, creation card, this card has a higher acceptance rate it would seem going by the many comments on the forums. A lot of people with average credit ratings have advised on this site they have successfully got the card.

The Creation Credit Card would be no good as they also have a minimum income of £20000 and minimum age of 25....0
