I have just replaced my T0714 compatible yellow ink in my Epson Stylus SX200. The other 3 colours I have replaced succesfully but my printer wont accept the yellow, so it wont let me carry on printing untill I replace with a genuine Epson, is there anything I can do to overcome this problem. I would be very gratefull for any advise.

take the cartridge out, wipe the chip and the contacts in the printer where it attaches, switch printer off stick it back in and power it up.
If that doesnt work then you possibly have a bad chip on the cartridge. A chip resetter would probably fix it but this will cost more than a new cartridge (unless you happen to be in Carlisle)0 -
Faulty cartridge and you cant reset them insert a replacement cartridge.
