A few questions before I send.

Hi Guys,

First off.... what a excellent forum, well done guys.

I'm a little stuck on a few things....

I've filled in my MSE questionaire but i dont have my loan account number. Can i just call my branch and get them to find this from my past statements?
Also i dont have the policy number of the payment protection insurance, does that bit matter?

Do i just send the questionaire on its own or do i need to include a covering letter requesting interest of 8% per annum as this is not mentioned in the questionaire?

When its all complete do I just drop it into my branch (Natwest) or Send it to one of the address listed in a thread

Natwest

Natwest

Thanks for your help guys... its all so confusing.

;)

    Hi and welcome.

You can enclose a covering letter if you wish just raising points and mention 8% , send off questionnaire anyway and if you want to write to your bank enclosing £1 ask for a copy of your credit agreement which will have your account number, Just in case they write back asking for the account number. Theres a list of addresses on the A-Z post aswell.

    Good luck

    Hi there & welcome.

Give them as many details as possible - in order to track down your account/records.

Good luck with this, you will soon get the hang of it all.

And as Halphy says, you can write a cover letter if you want to, for example if you want to provide further information etc, but its optional, just as long as you done one or the other that is fine.:)
