Removals Insurance when packing yourself

I'm moving house next Thursday and due to late confirmation of exchange of contracts/completion date, I can't get anybody to pack us and move us since everybody wants to move in the week before the bank holiday (or schools going back - whatever!)

So we're packing ourselves which does save us £400 but our understanding is that anything we pack in a box ourself is not covered by the removal company's insurance.

So where can I purchase additional insurance to cover the stuff (i.e. everything!) I pack myself? If I google for transit insurance it seems aimed at businesses as opposed to a once off purchase and moving insurance brings me to removal companies. :o

Maybe I just need to right phrase to google or failing that, a recommendation would be appreciated?
