I'm sure even my old 1994 Skoda Favorit Glxie with Bosch Monomotronic fuel injection had a knock sensor on the gearbox bell housing,
.
That wouldn't be a knock sensor, (probably the crank sensor working off the flywheel) They are fitted direct to the centre of the engine block, usually between cyls 2 and 3 on a 4 cyl car.
I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed0 -
It said it will take about 3 tanks worth to calibrate with your vechicle, i dont think im going to bother personally, a lighter right foot will produce a better result as will driving with the windows up etc0

The map my car runs on was designed for 100RON fuel, so I only use 99RON fuel if I can. Which is more often than not Shell V-Power.0
