Could somebody look over this and tell me if it is worth continuing.

I sent away my letter, with a cheque for £10, to see my loan PPI agreement and got this back today

Basically look here, it's a list of images of my agreement, remove spaces.

www gdsfc co uk / loan.htm

I'm not very financially savvy.

When I was given the loan I was on a temporary contract, employed directly through a companies books (basically I was like an agency worker, but employed direct by the company). I was in full time employment in the sense I was working full time hours and had been for several months, but I was only every on a temporary contract, as I admitted to the bank, highlighted. The whole meeting for the loan took literally 15 minutes, and was fairly rushed through.

With this information, do I have a good shout of winning a claim?

If there is anything else you need to see from the contract, just say and I'll take a picture of it.

    Hi and welcome.

I would check the policy details, but these policies do not always protect for short term employment, so its possible you do have a case, they will send you the policy booklet details on this account free on request.

All you need really is reasons of being mis sold and the agreement number, paperwork may help, but its a start with these stated details.

All you do is pursue the ones who sold you the product, by completing the FOS questionnaire, these were issued by the financial ombudsman service (FOS) and in replacement of the first template letter on this site.

Keep a copy in case you need to refer to it at some point.

They have 8 weeks to respond, and they may write to ask for more time which is okay - just as long as you know where you are.

You will find the questionnaire on the link added below, further down the page as stage one, remember to get proof of posting at your post office, good luck.
