1st post - van leasing - end of contract

Hi - this is myA first post so I hope in in the right section!

Our leased Van was on contract hire and went back to the lease compnay 19th July 2010 - at the time they said there was over 1000 damage not wear and tear - we had to sign the handing over but put disagreed next to the signature. We have not heard anything back yet. Does anyone know if they have so long to bill you?? As it's been 1mth tom.

Also the van wasn't even checked over when it was dropped off to us originally - it wasn't brand new either. - when they picked it uup - the dents they are saying need doing are so small they need a A4 sheet with thick black lines on it - to show up the dent in an photo image - as you can't see it without doing this.

Just wondered what your thoughts were on this.

Thanks so much

Shelley :)
