Assuming you're talking about the Windows Taskbar, you simply click and hold the left mouse button over a blank bit of the taskbar, then drag it to the bottom of the screen. If it's locked (doesn't move when you do this) then right click it and unlock it first - I doubt it is though if you managed to move it in the first place!
Once it's at the bottom, you can lock it so it can't be dragged again by accidentThrowing acid is bad.... in some peoples eyes...0 -
browser toolbar or windows toolbar?0

Fixed! - thankyou JonnyThunder. My computer is so slow and frequently doesn't respond, involving even more time-consuming restarts. Even typing involves delay between letters/spaces/appns et al, so I don't always know whether things have happened or not at once. V. frustrating.

Ah, further tweaking help needed, I see.
Everything's below BUT grey bar is over 2cms deep and function ikons are all in a block on the r/h/s, rather than along in a thin line across the bottom......and NOW the whole lot have disappeared again.
Help, please!CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

Hi,
try hovering your cursor over line at bottom until you get a double headed arrow, then click and stretch.0 -
I'm doing this fm and indeed the mse page is stretching, but no sign of the toolbar at all now.
What have I done wrong?CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

Have retrieved bar along bottom, but can't reduce it to one line deep as originally, regardless of how much hovering I do with mouse.
r/h/s/ ikons now stand 3 rows deep of 6 each, with time and date also spread 3 lines deep.
Too bulky.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

Hi,
to resize you will need to unlock it first, then drag and relock, you seem to have a lot of icons, 18?0 -
