car ins renewal - pleasant surprise

Last year £230 - first year with LV= (Liverpool Victoria)
Knowing how insurance has gone up this year expected to be asked for a lot more to renew. While waiting to hear I have used 1 comparison site and the cheapest was £213, also with LV= but another £20 for legal cover as we have currently.
The renewal letter arrived today --- £203. We have happily accepted that.
The lady I spoke to said it is a good price as we are already a customer. I really expected it to be a lot more as I assumed last years price was a 'new customer deal'.
