Galaxy Mk 2 luggage cover.

I have a Mk 2 Galaxy & I need a luggage cover on it. Seen a few on Ebay for about £40-60. But its the fixings I'm really after. I've had a list of all the parts required off a specialist Ford Galaxy forum but when I search for the parts on google nothing comes up.

Thing is my Galaxy doesn't have the attachments fixed in the car to attach the cover to nor the retainers at the back to hold it open.

Can anyone help me!? I guess the Sharan/Alhambra covers would also fit it.

As an ex-owner of one of these, I recall that this is actually a difficult (nearly impossible??) retro-fit because of the work needed to fit the side brackets.

I can easily get a cover off Ebay (watching 2 at the moment) & it wouldn't be me attaching it - it'll be my dad who's a mechanic/know all/oddjobman & all that. Even if I don't get the correct attachments I'm sure dad could make something to clip it in from the vast amount of tat he hides in the loft! :rotfl:
