Purchase of house has finally gone through.
Received paper work yesterday and they havent added the buildings and contents insurance on which I set up. Am therefore after a few ideas of who is the cheapest out there!
So far 'More Than' are the cheapest at £290 a year. Anyone know anywhere better/cheaper.

there is really one company cheaper than another as the prices quoted will reflect your cover, area etc so you're better off doing some on-line quotes based on your personal circumstances.
I've always found Lloyds and Privilege to be competitive0 -
go to moneysupermarket.com and compare the quotes0

Here's Martin's article:

I've used moneysupermarket recently and Barclays came out top of the comparison. If you use Barclays, but go through https://www.quidco.com, you get £95 cashback, which meant my quote worked out at £151 all in! My broker couldn't touch it.
Lots of other insurance companies offering cashback through quidco as well, so check your comparison tables but look at quidco to see if you can get even more off.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Weve just bought ours through masterquote. Half the price of Directline. I was very impressed. I couldn't find the catch...I hope there isn't one.0
