I have just bought a PC with a 256MB PCIe nVidia
GeForce 7800GTX graphics card and I want to mate it with the HannsG HGHW191 19" Widescreen TFT Monitor. I thought a DVI cable was a DVI cable....erm maybe not. What do I need?

There are many different DVI cable types.
Check out the following link
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dvi
Match up your DVI port on your monitor and Graphics card to the one in the article and then do a google/froogle search for the one you need.
I found the following site via google http://www.homestead.co.uk/productcategorydetail.aspx?categoryid=51071
Hope this helps. Let me know0 -

It looks like one end is DVI-I dual and the other is DVI-D but I don't know if it's single or dual. I've emailed the manufacturer.....0
