this really isnt because we cant afford the mortgage as it stands,infact both of our incomes are better since starting the mortgage. i wouldnt be able to afford to run the house on my own though,i think he prob could.
i will see what is said this afternoon and report back. im just worried that im stuck or gonna make a loss,it was me that paid the deposit so me that the loss is greater for. you live n learn i guess0
