Dodgy moonpig Flowers

I got a lovely birthday bouquet from my BF last week, It looked stunning in the box, but three days later it was dead.
I emailed Moonpig and they said sorry i was disappointed.
I was expecting something more really as my BF paid a lot of money for them. Is that acceptable for them to last 3 days? If I had got them from the supermarket they would have come with a 7 day guarantee and have been a fraction of the price!
Should I keep pestering them or is that fair enough?
I wasn't sure how far to go and I don't with my BF to think I'm being ungrateful!

It only takes a second to say 'Thanks, you just saved me a few quid!'

No, I'd get your boyfriend to call up and complain explaining how disappointed the recipient of the flowers was.Thinking critically since 1996....0 -
my nephew had this problem with the flowers from them too, he emailed and called the same time, full refund and £5 added to account for inconvenience, along with new flowers to his gran as originally purchased for, keep pursuing it0
