Suntubes - any advice?

I have a small, windowless bathroom and am thinking about getting a suntube, sunpipe, solatube, or whatever other names they may have. Does anyone have one, and if so, what do you think? Did it give you as much light as you had hoped? Was it expensive? Any problems with installation? Anything else I should know?
