    Can I suggest something that may seem trivial and silly?

    Please change your username. It's a name that suggests low self-esteem and low motivation. Every time you log in you'll be reiterating that to yourself as you type it.

    Go for something more cheerful, like SparklySocks (I love my sparkly socks).

    I think you need to start making small steps towards improving your self-esteem.

    I agree 100% with hngrymummy - I am just about to change my user name for that very reason - I think 'sparklysocks' would be a good starting point for you!

    sorry to hear your feeling down. i find that sometimes having loud happy pop music on helps...not allways. hope u feel better soon x

    It won't hurt to just go with the flow and wallow for a day.

    You don't say why your feeling so down so unable to give any practical advice.
