Would anybody out there appeal against being taken out of the support and put into work related group?
Also i was getting extra money because of the disability income guarantee thats now stopped im down a week in money twenty pounds
the money lost is the difference between support group and work related group,and disability income.
Advice please.

By all means - appeal yes - Atos presumably have carried out a full medical assessment and have spoken to your doctor too !! (as if)

i spoke to job centre plus this morning and they told me.
on directgov website it states if you are in work related group you can still get your disability income,they have just told me you cant whats the truth?

Yes - you do get a disability premium under WRAG - you will only lose £5.45 per week....

sorry i meant an additional 13.25 disability income guarantee on top of support group which gave a total of about 110.50 a week.
also will i lose help with my mortgage payments?
