rbs savings accounts

hi, im interested in rbs savings accounts, but there does not seem to be much opinion on them in this forum. could anyone reccommend a basic savings account with them ...ps im very dissapointed in the low rates of interest

Not really!
If you're willing to bank online it's so little effort these days to have accounts with institutions other than your 'main bank'.

I have acurrent account with RBS, but none of their savings accounts temp me. My relationship manager :rotfl: tried to sell me on their 3 year bond "Receive monthly interest of up to 5.84% Gross". I have one of those RBS direct saver accounts.
Not fantastic interest rates, but I use it primarily to chuck some cash into so I can't instantly spend it!
I also have one of their instant access ISA's, again interest rates are terrible, but it's handy to fill up one I have the allocation of funds from the Direct saver account
